Exercise your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by Payroll-IND. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request. Note: Payroll records required under the Income Tax Act (8-year retention) and other statutory laws cannot be deleted before the mandated retention period expires.

⚠️ Statutory retention note

Payroll records, Form 16, Form 24Q, and EPF/ESIC records must be retained for a minimum of 8 years under the Income Tax Act, 1961, and other Indian labour laws. These records cannot be deleted before the statutory retention period expires, even upon request.
